Nestled near the coast, Hadong enjoys clean air and a fresh, briny sea breeze — perfect conditions for yuzu to develop its rich, complex aromas. In winter, only the ripest fruit is carefully hand-picked. The peel is then washed, separated from the pulp and gently dried at a low temperature to preserve its vivid colour and fragrance.
The result is a vibrant citrus infusion with the punchy floral notes for which yuzu is celebrated.
