Roasted green tea
Hojicha is a roasted green tea with a round and nutty profile. This lot is produced by the Yamaguchi family in Satsuma and consists of a blend of leaves and stems that are gently roasted to develop a warm and comforting character. The result is a well-balanced cup with mies of toasted grains and a subtly sweet minerality It has a smooth mouthfeel and finishes with a rich brown sugar sweetness.
