This infusion is round on the palate and brimming with notes of fresh cut flowers and ripe apricot. Amazing as a hot infusion, this versatile ingredient can also be used to flavour sauces or make spreads and syrups.
This garden, focused on small batches of organic teas, is bordered with a row of Osmanthus trees. The trees are allowed to grow wild without pruning and size control in order to promote a healthy tree and the highest quality flowers. The vivid yellow flowers bloom in late autumn and are harvested by hand and dried slowly without the use of machinery in order to preserve as much fragrance as possible.
