Harvested in the Tay Con Linh mountain range, with its peaks of up to 2431m, these uniquely shaped leaves are from the Camellia Crassicolumna plant - a caffeine-free cousin to tea. Tea maker Madam Nhung processes the young buds after they are harvested from plants growing wild in a forest reserve where twice a year an allowance is granted to collect leaves. Aromatic and sweet, it is abundant in herbal and floral notes reminiscent of honeysuckle, elderflower and lemongrass.
