Located in Nantou, the Wang family are a generational business who have become renowned for producing quality teas that showcase the unique terroir of their garden. Constantly growing and adapting while retaining the knowledge passed down over generations, they have mastered the subtle art of roasting teas. This cuvee is gently roasted over charcoal with the distribution of heat evened out by a filtering layer of toasted grains of rice.
