Located in Nantou, the Wang family are a generational business who have become renowned for producing quality teas that showcase the unique terroir of their garden. Constantly growing and adapting while retaining the knowledge passed down over generations, they have mastered the subtle art of roasting teas. The cultivar Ruby 18 was developed at the tea research centre in Taiwan. Combining wild Taiwanese plants and the broader leafed Assamica has resulted in a hearty and singular leaf that is prized for its unique profile in the cup.
