Our Hojicha powder is crafted from high-quality leaves grown in Shizuoka, Japan. After harvest, the leaves are steamed and dried before being carefully roasted to bring out their distinctive, rich flavor. The roasted leaves are then finely stone-milled into a smooth powder, ideal for making lattes.
