Barista grade stone-milled Matcha grown in the Spring without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Shaded for 3-4 weeks before harvest and ground no earlier than 6 months before use, this Matcha is abundant in rich umami and fresh grassy notes that cut through milk when brewed as a Latte but can also be enjoyed as a decent straight Matcha.
