This tall, deep Kyusu is perfect for brewing large volumes of tea or teas that require high brewing temperatures. Handmade in Tokoname City using traditional Tokoname ware techniques, this version features an unglazed interior and an Irabo glaze on the exterior, giving it a rustic, earthy appearance. The side handle offers full control over the pour, allowing you to gently manage the flow of water, while the built-in strainer at the spout prevents leaves from entering the cup.

Due to its delicate craftsmanship, this piece is not microwave or dishwasher safe. Please wash gently by hand. Do not use perfumed dish soap, simply rinse your Kyusu with hot water in between each brew.
