Grown in the sun-drenched hills of Provence, our Peppermint comes from perennial plants that continue to thrive year after year without replanting. During the summer harvest, the branches are carefully cut to encourage natural regrowth. The leaves are then naturally air-dried on the stem before being hand-stripped to preserve the integrity of the aroma and essential oils. This artisanal process results in a fragrant and refreshing brew, with vibrant menthol notes and a clean, lingering sweetness.
