Floral and hoppy with an abundance of gardenia and orchid notes rounded out by sweet grapefruit and a mineral finish.

A single bush tea with an approximate age of 150 years. Grown at 900masl in Xia Hu Mountain, the leaves are oxidised between 50-60% before being roasted twice over the summer to produce the final product.
