This tea is hand-picked, with special attention paid to select only the most delicate fresh leaves with consistent size and relatively short stalks. The producer, known for producing exceptional white teas, withers this tea indoors with careful temperature control to 75% moisture before a final drying to bring the tea to 5% moisture.
Its flavour can be described at aromatic, sweet and balanced with a soft creamy texture. Its floral vanilla aroma precedes flavours of chrysanthemum, peach and sweet herbs.
